Q) Does the user need any special software?

A) The end-user have an HTML compatible email client with JavaScript enabled, Flash plug in and be connected to the Internet.

Q) Can everyone view EcomMail?

A) Everyone can view the email. Only those with an HTML compatible email client with JavaScript enabled and Flash plug in can participate in the enhanced experience. Approximately 90% of web users have the Flash plug in installed ( for those who do not - it's a 20 second immediate install). Also, most users have HTML compatible email. For those that do not have the required setup, they are one link away from your enhanced content.

Q) Can the EcomMail message be changed after it's sent out?

A) Yes. Because the the content is grabbed from an internet location, and only displayed in the end users inbox, we can change the content and the message is changed in the users inbox.

Q) What's the benefits of EcomMail over telling users to visit our web page?

A) EcomMail gives them the immediate option to purchase your product or react to your message. The percentage of web users that follow through on purchases in traditional web page shopping carts is less than 35% and the number of web users who follow an emails' suggestion to visit a web site is much lower. A) We provide the enhanced email technology, not the email lists. However, we strongly suggest our customers respect the privacy of others and act accordingly

A) EcomMail does not execute any files and does not write any information to the hard drive. All the content is grabbed from the internet.
